More Lenders. More Possibilities.

Morris Home Loans is accredited with Australia's major banks and specialist lenders, so your loan is matched to you, not to one bank's products.

Lenders

No two borrowers are the same.

And neither are lenders.

Every lender has its own policies, its own products, and its own way of assessing an application. The lender that says no to your situation may sit right next to one that says yes.

That's why Morris Home Loans works with a panel of 30+ lenders: major banks, regional and customer-owned banks, digital lenders and specialist non-banks, giving us access to a wide range of lending policies, products and solutions.

We look past the advertised rate. Lending policy, borrowing power, fees, features and service all shape whether a loan is right for you.

As mortgage brokers, we're bound by a legal Best Interests Duty: our recommendation has to be in your best interests, not a lender's.

FAQs

Can a mortgage broker get me a better interest rate?

One bank can show you what it offers. We can compare options from multiple lenders. Brokers may have access to lender offers or may be able to discuss pricing with a lender depending on the loan and circumstances. But we wouldn't promise that a broker will always secure a lower rate than you could obtain directly. And rate isn't the only consideration: fees, loan features, lending policy and the overall cost of the loan can all matter.

Why wouldn't I just go directly to my bank?
What if my bank isn't listed?
Does Morris Home Loans get paid more by some lenders?
Do I have to pay Morris Home Loans for using a mortgage broker?
Do you recommend the lender with the lowest interest rate?
Is having access to more lenders always better?
Why can one bank say no when another says yes?
Will you show me more than one option?

Lender Panel
Morris Home Loans is accredited with a broad panel of lenders. The lenders shown above represent lenders available through our panel and do not imply that every lender or product will be suitable for every borrower.

Recommendations are based on your individual circumstances, requirements and objectives. Lender products, policies and eligibility criteria are subject to change.

A home loan isn't just about getting approved, it's about creating opportunities for the life you want to build. My job is to simplify the process, provide honest advice, and find the right solution for your goals, not just the easiest one.
